Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Vestibule Physical Therapy, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical therapy needs, developing tailored treatment plans based on physician referrals.
• Administer effective therapeutic techniques and modalities, employing evidence-based strategies to enhance patient recovery and functional outcomes.
• Provide educational support and consultative services to patients and their caregivers, empowering them through knowledge about their health conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care, contributing to ongoing clinical discussions and care strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment protocols in compliance with state regulations and clinic requirements.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service consistently, helping to boost clinic effectiveness and patient satisfaction.
• Meet productivity benchmarks and other business metrics to help drive clinic success.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse range of patients, including those with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine needs. Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you should possess the following:

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a relevant setting.
• A current CPR certification.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills, along with solid computer skills for documentation and reporting.
• The ability to build strong rapport with patients, encouraging them to exceed their recovery goals.
• A demonstrated passion for positively connecting with individuals and contributing to community health.

Preferred Experience

Successful candidates will also demonstrate:
