Work Environment

This full-time position is based onsite at our Rehabilitation Center in Ashburn, allowing you to provide direct patient care in a state-of-the-art facility. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for a variety of critical tasks that directly impact patient care, including:

• Conducting comprehensive exams and evaluations to develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Collaborating with healthcare providers to discuss and refine a patient's continuum of care, ensuring integrated treatment approaches.
• Maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations while documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Meeting productivity expectations while managing administrative responsibilities such as billing for services rendered.
• Participating in community outreach initiatives, as well as staff leadership functions, including supervision and training of support staff and students.
• Engaging in continuous professional development through training, interdisciplinary meetings, and education programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals with orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain conditions, and other functional impairments. You will apply evidence-based practices to enhance the quality of life for each patient, ensuring they receive personalized attention and care throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid State License in Physical Therapy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, necessary for effective interaction with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Proficiency in word processing and electronic documentation systems.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Physical Therapist is required, we prefer candidates with experiences such as:

Compensation and Benefits
