Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Benchmark PT Clinic, your role will encompass a variety of essential tasks, including:

• Conducting thorough examinations and evaluations of patients with various functional limitations and disabilities.
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and ensuring adherence to professional standards.
• Collaborating closely with other healthcare providers and interdisciplinary teams to facilitate a comprehensive continuum of care.
• Documenting patient progress meticulously using both written and electronic communication methods to support care decisions.
• Supervising and mentoring assigned support staff, including physical therapy aides and students, promoting an environment of learning and growth.

Qualifications
