As an Onsite Physical Therapist, you will work directly with patients in our state-of-the-art clinic, equipped with the latest tools and technology to support your practice. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients referred by healthcare providers to identify their needs and treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' assessments, focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities to promote recovery, including manual therapy, exercises, and education.
• Deliver care in compliance with established clinical protocols and standards, ensuring the highest level of service.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation, reflecting progress and treatment strategies.
• Engage actively in team meetings, contributing to interdisciplinary plans that enhance overall patient care.
• Provide education and support for patients and their caregivers, promoting self-management and preventative health strategies.
• Monitor progress regularly and adapt treatment plans in response to changing patient needs and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population encompasses a diverse range of orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will treat patients of various ages and backgrounds, ensuring a personalized approach to each individual's recovery journey. Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) or the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current state license to practice physical therapy in Virginia.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients.
• Proficient in word processing and basic computer software applications.

Preferred Experience

While a Bachelor's degree is required, candidates with advanced degrees or specialized certifications in orthopedic physical therapy will be preferred. Previous experience in a clinical setting, especially in orthopedic rehabilitation, is highly valuable. Demonstrated success in building patient relationships and an eagerness to further one's professional development and clinical knowledge will set candidates apart.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000–$100,000 annually, complemented by a robust benefits package.
