Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, gathering medical histories, and employing various assessment tools to determine treatment needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their referring physicians, ensuring alignment with best practices in orthopedic physical therapy.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities that may include manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education to foster healing and improve mobility.
• Work closely with a diverse patient population, addressing orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine needs, ensuring optimal treatment based on each individual's requirements.
• Provide ongoing education and training to patients and their caregivers, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to continue their recovery at home.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly, adhering to state regulations and organizational standards to enhance patient safety and care quality.
