Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients by reviewing medical histories, conducting thorough assessments, and determining treatment recommendations tailored to individual needs.
• Effectively communicate evaluation findings and treatment plans to both patients and their families, encouraging their active involvement in goal setting and therapy progression.
• Implement treatment protocols with precision and adaptability, keeping alignment with evolving healthcare practices, to maximize patient rehabilitation outcomes.
• Proactively consult with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and address any changes in patient conditions that necessitate alterations in the treatment plan.
• Document all patient care activities diligently, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, maintaining clarity and accuracy for continuity of care.
• Manage time efficiently to meet productivity standards while embracing flexibility to accommodate the unique needs of each patient.
• Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives that promote the clinic's services and foster community relationships.
• Contribute to departmental objectives through participation in team meetings and adherence to regulatory compliance while fostering a culture of collaboration.
• Engage in continuous professional development, guiding clinical interns and supporting organizational learning initiatives.
• Promote an excellent customer experience by understanding patient needs and removing barriers to care, actively participating in initiatives aimed at improving patient access.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent.
