Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care by assessing patients' unique needs and developing customized treatment plans that align with their recovery goals.
• Manage a defined patient caseload allowing for adequate time to evaluate progress and adjust therapy as needed.
• Utilize advanced techniques in orthopedic outpatient care to facilitate improved motion and mobility for patients.

• Conduct regular evaluations and maintain thorough documentation of patient progress using EMR systems, particularly WebPT.

• Promote healthy lifestyle choices by guiding patients in developing strength, flexibility, and coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist will work with a diverse range of patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required for eligibility.
• An active Physical Therapist license within the state of Virginia, free of sanctions or disciplinary actions.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time Physical Therapist position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
