Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients presenting with orthopedic issues, including but not limited to post-operative recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions.
• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans, using evidence-based methodologies that align with each patient's unique goals and rehabilitation progress.
• Engage in continual assessment of patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans and interventions based on observed outcomes.
• Provide educational support to patients and their families about treatment plans, home exercises, and preventive care to enhance recovery and sustain mobility.
• Ensure thorough documentation of all treatments, evaluations, and patient communications per legal and professional standards, thus maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in clinical supervision and mentorship for physical therapy students, promoting growth in the next generation of healthcare professionals.
