Ability Rehab PT is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Orthopedic Physical Therapist (PT) for our onsite rehabilitation center located in Ashburn, Virginia. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating patients' physical conditions, devising tailored treatment plans, and delivering high-quality rehabilitative care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients including reviewing medical history, performing necessary assessments, and delivering accurate documentation of findings.
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment plans to patients and their families, encouraging their involvement in goal-setting for rehabilitation.
• Implement treatment protocols based on assessment findings and adjust them as necessary based on patient progress and feedback.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care and document any changes in patients' conditions that may require consulting medical or rehabilitation teams.
• Develop effective discharge plans and ensure appropriate follow-up care, maintaining accurate patient records that reflect all treatment activities and progress.
• Manage your schedule effectively to meet productivity standards, while actively participating in marketing initiatives within the community.
• Contribute to the development of departmental objectives and comply with all relevant regulations and accreditation standards.
• Pursue ongoing professional development opportunities, including serving as a clinical instructor for physical therapy students, to maintain and enhance clinical competency.
• Facilitate excellent patient experiences through adaptability and responsiveness to their needs, removing barriers to care effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic primarily includes individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Current CPR certification.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience.
