Key Responsibilities

• Direct the physical therapy treatment programs to prevent disabilities, alleviate pain, and enhance or restore muscular functionality according to individualized care plans.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' capabilities using diagnostic assessments to develop effective treatment interventions.
• Oversee and mentor physical therapy assistants to ensure the accurate implementation of treatment protocols.
• Regularly assess clients' progress, adapting care plans as necessary while documenting all changes and outcomes.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities, instructing clients in both manual and non-manual therapeutic practices.
• Evaluate and adjust the use of prosthetic and orthotic devices, providing necessary recommendations to other healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance the total treatment process, participating in case conferences and discussions.
• Ensure timely completion of clinical documentation, including evaluations and discharge summaries, in compliance with legal and organizational guidelines.
• Educate clients and their families on the use of therapy devices and their overall care plans.
• Actively contribute to the development and continuous improvement of care plans in line with best practices.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification and a valid driver's license.

Compensation and Benefits

Physiolife Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
