Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Carle, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with functional limitations and disabilities, developing individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs.
• Provide ongoing consultations to healthcare providers to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds, adhering to our high customer service standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment progress, and discharge plans in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications
