Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement customized physical therapy treatment plans focused on preventing disabilities, alleviating pain, and restoring functional mobility.
• Evaluate each client's physical capabilities through detailed diagnostic tests and tailor treatment approaches to individual needs, ensuring maximum utilization of their functional potential.
• Supervise the administration of care by Physical Therapy Assistants, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and the highest standards of patient care.
• Monitor changes in patient condition during therapy sessions, documenting outcomes and modifying treatment plans as necessary in coordination with the healthcare team.
• Provide education and training to clients and their families regarding therapeutic exercises, mobility aids, and the home environment to encourage independence.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaboratively define strategies for comprehensive client rehabilitation.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation including initial evaluations, care plans, and progress notes in accordance with all regulations and policies.
• Actively contribute to quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery and patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with safety and health regulations, ensuring an environment conducive to recovery.

Compensation and Benefits
