Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess each patient's condition and develop individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs and physician referrals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions across various treatment modalities, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and functional mobility training.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service by fostering positive relationships with patients and maintaining open lines of communication regarding their treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including physicians and nurses, to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about therapeutic techniques, self-management strategies, and preventative measures to promote ongoing health and wellness.
• Adhere to established performance metrics and operational goals to contribute to the overall success of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will treat a diverse patient population that includes individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, pediatric conditions, and sports-related injuries. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their functional abilities and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA- or CAPTE-accredited program; a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• A valid state license for Physical Therapy practice and certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure effective interactions with clients, families, and team members.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with electronic health records and practice management systems.
• A commitment to establishing strong relationships with patients to exceed their rehabilitation goals.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably within a rehabilitation center.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships within the community and healthcare field.
• Experience working with a variety of patient populations, particularly in orthopedic, pediatric, and neurological specialties.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
