Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients by reviewing pertinent medical history, performing physical assessments, and determining evidence-based treatment plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding evaluation findings and treatment plans, actively involving them in setting achievable goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions in accordance with patient evaluations, adapting techniques as necessary to align with the dynamic healthcare environment.

• Demonstrate strong time management skills, consistently meeting productivity benchmarks while maintaining an organized schedule.
• Contribute to departmental goals by adhering to quality standards and regulations in compliance with healthcare accreditation guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education to maintain clinical competency and advance your skills, also supervising students as a clinical instructor when applicable.
