Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations involving a detailed assessment of patient history, performance measures, and diagnostic tests to formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Engage patients and their families by explaining evaluation findings and collaboratively setting realistic goals tailored to improve patient function and quality of life.
• Implement and adapt treatment protocols based on initial evaluations and ongoing assessments, ensuring that care delivery aligns with current health trends and improved patient outcomes.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize care, documenting any changes in patient conditions that may necessitate adjustments in treatment strategies.
• Manage discharge planning by ensuring appropriate follow-up care, documenting treatment history accurately and promptly to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Exhibit effective time management skills by maintaining a full caseload while adhering to productivity expectations and scheduled appointments.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a favorable salary, we provide:
