Flex Fitness Physical Therapy is seeking dedicated and licensed Physical Therapists to join our dynamic team in Leesburg, Virginia. This full-time position involves providing high-quality physical therapy services in an onsite rehabilitation facility. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to identify their physical therapy needs including screening, testing, and diagnosing injuries, diseases, and disabilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with specific goals tailored to each patient's needs to facilitate optimal recovery and rehabilitation.
• Implement a variety of physical therapy modalities and techniques while ensuring adherence to regulatory practices and standards.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, proper techniques, and home exercise programs to empower them in their recovery.
• Utilize patient management tools to maintain thorough documentation for each patient in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other health care professionals, to coordinate patient care.
• Actively participate in departmental operational oversight, including scheduling, mentoring junior staff, and managing supplies and equipment.
• Engage in quality improvement processes and activities, including monitoring patient outcomes and satisfaction levels.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities and actively seek personal and professional development routes.
• Assist in the preparation and review of patient billing and ensure accuracy in submissions and coding.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will provide care to a broad range of patient populations, including neonates, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric individuals. This position requires an understanding of the unique needs and treatment approaches effective for each demographic, allowing for tailored therapeutic techniques. Qualifications

• A current and valid state Physical Therapist license in Virginia.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; candidates with a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) are preferred.
• At least two years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, demonstrating competence in clinical evaluation and treatment.
• Demonstrated manual dexterity and the physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, and assisting patients during therapy sessions.
• Effective communication skills to engage with patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a rehabilitation facility is highly desirable, particularly with patients presenting musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
• Familiarity with the latest rehabilitation techniques and technologies that enhance patient recovery.
• Strong organizational skills to manage a diverse caseload effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
