Work Environment

This full-time role is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center in Leesburg, Virginia, where you will work a standard 40-hour week from Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs based on the physician's referral.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans designed to target specific patient goals, leveraging evidence-based practice methodologies.
• Administer therapeutic techniques, modalities, and exercises appropriate for diverse patient populations.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere to enhance patient experience.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and overall wellness.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and maximize patient results.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse array of patients including those with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related injuries. You will have the opportunity to treat individuals at varying stages of recovery, from post-operative rehabilitation to preventative care, allowing you to utilize a broad spectrum of your clinical skills and expertise.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A current state license to practice physical therapy in Virginia.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential for effective patient interactions.
• Proficient in word processing and other relevant software applications.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably in outpatient rehabilitation or a similar environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and USD 100,000 annually, along with an attractive benefits package.
