Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations including patient history reviews, specific assessments, and clear documentation of your findings to form tailored treatment plans.
• Communicate clearly with patients and their families about evaluation results and proposed treatment plans, ensuring all stakeholders are involved in goal setting.
• Implement and modify treatment protocols based on patient evaluations, ensuring that care is designed to meet the evolving needs of our patients within a dynamic health care landscape.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care and document any changes in patient's conditions that necessitate adjustments to their care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of daily encounters, treatment plans, progress reports, and discharge evaluations, ensuring all patient interactions are properly recorded.
• Exhibit strong time management skills by maintaining an accurate schedule and meeting productivity expectations, while also ensuring attendance at meetings is punctual and reliable.
• Participate actively in hospital or community-based marketing initiatives to promote our services and establish connections within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Bay State Area Physical Therapy, you will work primarily with outpatient populations, encompassing a diverse range of patients from various backgrounds and with a myriad of physical health challenges. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid license as a Physical Therapist is essential based on state-specific regulations.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by the American Heart Association.

Compensation and Benefits
