Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities, medical history, and individual needs to establish a focused plan of care.
• Implement tailored treatment plans using diverse methods such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Track and document treatment plans, patient responses, and progress meticulously to ensure adherence to best practices and optimize outcomes.
• Regularly reassess patient conditions to adjust treatment goals and plans as necessary, taking a proactive approach to care.
• Educate patients, their caregivers, and family members about rehab interventions, assistive devices, and home exercise programs to promote independence and continuous improvement outside of therapy sessions.
• Maintain professional competence through ongoing education, participation in workshops, and active engagement in industry networks to ensure utilization of the best practices in patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be providing care to a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological conditions, sports injuries, and chronic pain. Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
