Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their needs and establishing individualized treatment plans.
• Implementing effective therapeutic interventions and tracking progress to adjust treatments as necessary for optimal recovery.
• Delivering specialized care across various domains such as orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine.
• Demonstrating exemplary customer service to enhance the patient experience while contributing to the clinic's overall operational effectiveness.
• Educating patients and their caregivers on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and at-home strategies to facilitate ongoing recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will engage with a wide array of patients, ranging from children recovering from sports injuries to adults navigating post-operative rehabilitation. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher educational credentials (Doctorate degrees preferred).
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the State of Virginia.
• Graduation from a physical therapy program accredited by the APTA or CAPTE.
• Certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association.
