Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions, identifying their specific needs and establishing comprehensive treatment plans.
• Implement diverse therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercises, and the use of therapeutic equipment, to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously to adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring the highest standard of care.
• Educate patients, their families, and caregivers about therapy procedures, lifestyle modifications, and the proper use of assistive devices when necessary.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing your insights and collaborating on holistic patient care strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices by attending workshops, participating in professional societies, and reviewing relevant literature.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required. Candidates with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) are preferred.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer software.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required; however, new graduates are also encouraged to apply as we offer mentorship programs.
• Experience in home health or outpatient therapy settings is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.
