Senior Facilities Technician 3rd Shift

Facilities Maintenance Supervisor – 3rd Shift (Monday–Friday, 10 PM–6 AM)

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance professional to support daily facility operations, minimize downtime, and ensure safe, efficient, and reliable building systems. This role oversees facility equipment, preventive maintenance programs, contractor coordination, and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain facility equipment including HVAC, electrical systems, fire protection, building management systems, compressed air, plumbing, security systems, and environmental monitoring systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance using CMMS to track work orders and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and general facility issues.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors to ensure maintenance tasks are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
• Conduct inspections, manage permits/licenses, and support emergency facility response, including after-hours operations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to meet quality, safety, regulatory, and operational requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• strong hands-on knowledge of building operations, mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with CMMS, preventive maintenance, contractor management, and troubleshooting.
• Preferred background in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, controls, or related technical trades.
• strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
