As a Deep Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for performing specialized floor care and deep cleaning services while maintaining Dexterra's high standards of quality and safety. This is a full‑time, year‑round position. A company truck and cell phone will be provided. Your Work Will Include Perform deep cleaning services in commercial facilities. Strip, wax, burnish, and maintain a variety of floor surfaces. Polish and restore marble floors. Operate and maintain specialized floor‑care equipment. Follow all Health & Safety policies and use required PPE. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies. Complete assigned work efficiently and to a high standard. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of commercial floor‑care and deep‑cleaning experience. Extensive experience with marble polishing, floor stripping, waxing, burnishing, and floor maintenance. Experience operating commercial floor‑care equipment. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent communication and customer‑service skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
