Assistant Project Manager

ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER This Full-Time position provides support to the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, administration, and oversight of construction, maintenance, development, renovation, and other projects undertaken by the Housing Authority. This position assists with project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, documentation, contractor coordination, inspections, and project close-out to help ensure projects are completed in a timely, cost-effective, and compliant manner. Successful candidate must have at least 2 years of project coordination, construction, maintenance, facilities management, or related experience preferred. Experience with Housing and Urban Development (HUD) projects and/or Florida Housing Finance Corporation projects is beneficial. Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish).
