The MOSCOT optical roots were first planted in America by Great Great Grandfather, Hyman Moscot, who arrived from Eastern Europe via Ellis Island in 1899. The Growth Marketing Manager owns MOSCOTs global paid media engine: the budget, the channels, the agency partners, and the reporting that ties spend to customer growth. The incumbent turns the acquisition strategy into an executable plan, then runs, tests, and optimizes it across every paid channel, online and in support of our stores.

The role is both strategic and hands-on. You will recommend where dollars go, brief the creative that runs, manage the product feeds behind our shopping and retargeting campaigns, and be the single source of truth for paid performance.

Strategy, Budget & Global Execution

• Partner with the VP, Global Marketing and Ecommerce Director to develop MOSCOTs customer acquisition strategy, growth plan, and timetable, based on workable budgets.
• Manage the global digital marketing budget: allocate across channels and regions, forecast, track pacing, and reallocate spend based on performance.
• Adapt strategy for regional markets, including localization, privacy and platform compliance, and the in-store impact of paid activity. Ensure paid media complies with global privacy regulations and platform policies (GDPR, CCPA, Apple ATT).

Channel Performance & Testing

• Manage and optimize paid search, Shopping, paid social, CTV/video, display, and retargeting to improve customer acquisition, conversion, lifetime value, and ROAS.
• Own the testing roadmap across audiences, creative, offers, and landing pages, including incrementality and spend-scaling tests with Ecommerce, CRM, and Brand Marketing using Marketing Attribution Tool.
• Recommend new channels and ideas to pilot, and scale what works.

Creative, Product Feeds & Launches

• Brief all performance creative, and use performance data to guide what gets made next.
• Manage product feeds for Google Merchant Center and Meta catalog, using Feed Management tool.
• Bring product launch strategies to life in paid channels while protecting MOSCOTs brand standards.

Measurement & Reporting

• Own all paid media reporting on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, with insights and recommendations, not just numbers.
• Own attribution and tracking integrity, and reconcile platform-reported results with backend data.

Agencies & Cross-Functional Partners

• Lead day-to-day relationships with digital agencies, including defining scopes, reporting, and build relationships with platform reps.
• Work with Brand Marketing, Ecommerce, Creative, CRM, PR, and leadership on launches, promotions, and retention initiatives.

Qualifications:

• At least 5-7 years’ experience in performance marketing, ideally in luxury fashion or retail
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or business or equivalent experience
• Hands on experience using paid media tools (Triple Whale, Meta, Google, TikTok, CTV, and more)
• Strong analytical skills (attribution, incrementality, forecasting) and comfort presenting to senior leaders

Hybrid Role: Onsite Monday, Wednesday and Thursday

Location: NYC - lower east side

Base Salary: Starting at $110k
