Qualifications:

• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in California
• Experience in a school-based setting is strongly preferred
• Ability to effectively work with elementary and middle school-aged children
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students’ physical therapy needs
• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals
• Deliver therapy services as outlined in IEPs, monitoring progress throughout the school year
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school, state, and federal guidelines
• Provide consultative support to teachers, staff, and families to maximize student access to curricular and extra-curricular activities
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise to guide educational decision-making
