A Typical Day in the Life As a tax supervisor, you will oversee the preparation and review of tax returns, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery for a diverse client base. Responsibilities Onboard and mentor new staff and interns while supervising workload distribution Preparation of the highest level of returns and workpapers and draft technical memos Detail review of tax returns, providing feedback and strategic insights Develop expertise in specialized tax areas and respond to IRS/state notices Contribute to training initiatives including content development Ensure timely and accurate completion of client engagements Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for value-added services Support administrative tasks, stay current with tax law and technology, and recommend process improvements If you have experience in tax, excellent communication skills, and are committed to delivering top-quality service to our clients, this position may be for you!
