POOL MONITOR (Seasonal)

The Management Trust Position Title: Pool Monitor Location: Sacramento, CA at Natomas Park Reporting To: General Manager Status: Non-Exempt, Part-Time (Seasonal) Salary: $16.90 - $18.00/Hourly DOE Company Profile The Management Trust is a community association management company. Employee Owner Position Purpose The Pool Monitor is responsible for opening and closing pool area(s), maintaining a clean/organized surrounding, monitoring member/guest access and behavior, and offering fair/consistent enforcement of community rules. Job Duties And Responsibilities Open and close pool area(s) at designated times Ensure all pool visitors have proof of permitted access Govern the conduct of members and guests who use the pool and surrounding area(s) Check pool chemical levels and test as necessary Other duties and special projects as assigned Qualifications Pool support and/or chemical monitoring experience preferred, but not required High School Diploma (or equivalent) Conflict resolution skills Excellent written and verbal communication Must be a team player who is committed to delivering high-level customer service Adaptable and dependable with a solid attendance record Professional and respectful demeanor with all staff and guests at all times Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision Essential Functions Use standard maintenance equipment, including: pool equipment, broom, hand tools, etc. Stand for long periods of time, bend, lift, squat, push, pull Be stationary or in motion for periods of time Relocate up to 50 pounds Able to perform outdoor work in all types of weather, hot temperatures that may rise above 100 degrees Position is an outdoor role that would require staying outdoors, monitoring a pool entire shift
