Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
The Role
We are seeking a skilled Welder / Fabricator to handle production welding, precision fabrication, and quality assurance for lightweight, mission-critical hose and fitting components.
What You Will Do
- Weld metal and aluminum components accurately while maintaining strict quality and production standards.
- Prepare materials for welding by cutting, grinding, and cleaning metal and aluminum surfaces.
- Utilize fabrication skills across all production phases, providing input on assembly order, design, materials, and fixtures.
- Conceptualize, design, and build custom fixtures and jigs to streamline the fabrication process.
- Read, analyze, annotate, and mark up customer blueprints and technical diagrams for future reference.
What You Will Bring
- High School diploma or equivalent required; formal certification in welding techniques required.
- 3–5 years of hands-on welding and fabrication experience (aluminum and steel).
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, welding diagrams, and engineering symbols.
- Understanding of fabrication processes, hand tools, and custom fixture design.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $22.00 - $28.00 Per Hour
