The work environment is designed to foster teamwork, allowing you to engage with colleagues from various disciplines, ultimately creating a more effective treatment plan for our patients.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations for children and adults, incorporating thorough assessments to identify individual needs and goals.Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with patient goals while following evidence-based practices.Monitor and reassess clinical progress regularly, making adjustments to treatment plans based on patient feedback and clinical indicators, ensuring the highest standard of patient care.Accurately document patient evaluations, treatment, and progress through the company's electronic medical records system, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding treatment processes, expected outcomes, and ways to manage potential challenges during recovery.Achieve minimum utilization goals and contribute to overall business objectives, helping the organization maintain a successful operational flow.Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with peers providing various therapies, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.Act as an ambassador for PT New Generation LLC's values and culture, promoting a supportive and inclusive environment.Patient Population / Client FocusThe Physical Therapist will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from pediatric to adult patients, each facing unique challenges related to their health conditions.
