Production Associate – Garment Hanger/Inspector (4 Day Workweek) Location: Nashville, TN 37203 Requisition Number: 226657 Job Description We are looking for a Production Associate – Garment Hanger/Inspector to support the Rental Division. The primary responsibilities include safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers, visually inspecting garments for defects, and proactively repairing as needed (e.g., patching holes or tears). Inspectors must keep their work area clean and maintain a performance‑based incentive pay structure, meeting or exceeding production standards for hanging garments. Skills / Qualifications Work Eligibility Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must adhere to the attendance policy. Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods. Must be willing to work in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures. Physical Qualifications Requires standing for most of the shift. Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
