We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician who enjoys troubleshooting equipment, solving mechanical and electrical challenges, and keeping operations running at peak performance. If you have experience in manufacturing maintenance and like working with automated equipment, this could be a great fit.

You'll play a key role in maintaining and improving production and packaging equipment while helping ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across the facility.

???? What You'll Be Doing

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll:

✅ Troubleshoot and repair production and packaging equipment

✅ Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime

✅ Work on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

✅ Support production teams with machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers

✅ Diagnose issues with:

• PLCs & HMIs
• Motors & pumps
• Conveyors
• Palletizers
• Air compressors
• Water heaters
• Automated control systems

✅ Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V , including 3-phase motors

✅ Complete work orders and maintenance documentation using CMMS software

✅ Perform equipment rebuilds, fabrication, and basic welding when needed

✅ Partner with operators, supervisors, and fellow technicians to solve issues and improve performance

✅ Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives

???? What We're Looking ForRequired Experience

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills in both electrical and mechanical systems
• Experience reading schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Hands-on experience with:
  • PLCs
  • Motors
  • Pumps
  • Sensors
  • Automated production equipment
• Experience working safely with electrical systems up to 480V
• Knowledge of pneumatics, compressors, and preventative maintenance programs
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

You'll work in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility around automated production equipment and electrical systems.

Current Openings

2nd Shift: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM

3rd Shift: 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of American Canyon, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $36.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
