Are you ready to take on the challenge to help us build the future?ResponsibilitiesIdentifies gaps, provides trends and defines data strategies that solve critical business problems.Oversees and implements cost reduction initiatives that improve quality, efficiency, and overall profitability. Develops, implements, and reports on companywide quality control programs and monitors organizational adherence to policies and procedures.Plans and implements continuous improvement initiatives designed to innovate the customer experience and make company processes more efficient.Establishes and monitors measurable objectives that align with business and organizational goals and drives quality program plans and schedules to ensure key goals are met.Collaborates with internal and external teams in addressing quality compliance events and proactively identifying and mitigating issues.Ensures compliance with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies in all documentation and deliverables.Establishes and maintains control plans to ensure critical processes are controlled and monitored efficiently. A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.Minimum QualificationsTen or more years of experience in advanced data analytics, reporting and developing process improvement opportunities to ensure quality of processes.Preferred QualificationsHave experience performing cause evaluations/investigations.Strong experience with SAPBachelor’s Degree or higher in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical fieldExperience facilitating and leading cross functional teams.Project management experienceExperience and knowledge of Transmission and Distribution operations, policies, and work processes.Experience and/or knowledge of the Initiate, Plan, Schedule, Execute, and Close (IPSEC) processesExcellent oral and written communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders and subject matter experts across multiple and cross-functional organizational units; clearly present analyses, observations, and recommendations to drive collaboration and agreement on sustainable corrective actions.Additional InformationThis position’s work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.  Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.  Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage.
