What You’ll Own

As our Customer Retention Specialist , you’ll play a big role in keeping our customers happy, informed, and connected to our agency.

You’ll:

• Build relationships with existing customers and help make sure they continue to feel valued.
• Proactively reach out regarding renewals, policy changes, and account needs.
• Review customer accounts, identify concerns, and help find solutions before small issues become big ones.
• Help customers better understand their coverage and available options.
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow them through to resolution.
• Look for opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
• Keep accurate notes and documentation so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Work closely with the rest of our team to achieve agency retention and growth goals.

• Experienced in customer service, account management, or relationship-based work—or ready to learn.
• Able to obtain the applicable state insurance licenses.
