About The Role The role drives corporate finance and regulatory compliance, managing financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting grounded in US GAAP, SOX, and SEC frameworks. You will partner with accounting, executive leadership, and operations to analyze financial performance, optimize capital allocation, and ensure rigorous internal controls. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning Prepare variance analyses and financial reporting packages for executive leadership and board meetings Ensure strict compliance with US GAAP, SOX internal controls, and SEC reporting requirements Collaborate with accounting to execute month-end close procedures and reconcile financial statements Automate financial data pipelines and reporting dashboards using SQL, Excel, and BI tools like Tableau Partner with cross-functional department heads to track departmental budgets and manage spending What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of corporate finance, accounting, or financial analysis experience within a fast-paced technology or corporate environment Deep expertise in US GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial statement analysis Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, SQL, and enterprise ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, or similar) Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field Bonus: CPA, CFA, or MBA, and prior experience with SEC filings #J-18808-Ljbffr
