Commercial Lender Experienced Commercial Lender with a proven track record of managing diverse loan portfolios, building strong client relationships, and delivering customized financing solutions. Skilled in underwriting and credit analysis, preparing loan proposals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory policies. Recognized for providing excellent customer service, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to the long-term success of clients and the institution. Key Responsibilities & Achievements Manage and grow a commercial loan portfolio while maintaining strong client relationships. Underwrite and analyze complex financial statements, tax returns, and credit information to assess risk and determine creditworthiness. Prepare and present loan proposals, credit memos, and recommendations for loan committee approval. Communicate loan terms, structures, and conditions to clients while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with internal policies and regulations. Stay informed on market trends and competitive activity to provide innovative financing solutions. Deliver client-focused service, fostering long-term partnerships and repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and achieve portfolio growth targets.
