Job Description The Commercial Relationship Manager will play a key role in building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with clients, business partners, and stakeholders. This position focuses on identifying opportunities for growth, supporting client success, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service while contributing to the organization's business objectives. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners. Serve as a primary point of contact for commercial accounts and stakeholder inquiries. Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and support business growth initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively and efficiently. Monitor account performance and provide strategic recommendations to enhance client satisfaction. Conduct regular follow-ups and relationship reviews with key stakeholders. Prepare reports, presentations, and account updates as needed. Support negotiations, contract discussions, and partnership development activities. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client interactions and business activities. Contribute to the achievement of organizational goals and performance targets.
