Title Convenience Store Manager in Training Job Overview Haffner’s is seeking a Convenience Store Manager in Training to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. The Store Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the store, adhering to company policies and procedures; supervising staff; maximizing store profits; and ensuring high levels of customer service and store appearance. Maintain a clean, well‑stocked store in a friendly, inviting atmosphere. Complete daily administrative responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager in accordance with company procedures. If the Store Manager is not available, the Assistant Manager is fully prepared to complete all managerial duties. Act as a positive role model for fellow employees. Supervise employees. Execute all aspects of the company’s promotions, as communicated by the Marketing Manager. Communicate company promotions to store employees. Compensation Salary is based on a range of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job‑related qualifications.
