Family Services Coordinator – Weekend ShiftHuntington, WV | $13 per hour | Saturdays and Sundays, 2:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.United Talent is immediately hiring a compassionate and dependable Family Services Coordinator in Huntington, WV.This is a meaningful opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and creating a safe, welcoming environment for families experiencing a medical crisis. In this role, you will provide hospitality, practical support, and responsive service to guests, donors, volunteers, and community partners.What You’ll DoWelcome guests and donors with kindness, professionalism, and exceptional service.Help maintain a clean, safe, comfortable, and welcoming facility.Manage guest referrals, database entries, documentation, emails, and shared calendar updates accurately and promptly.Clean, disinfect, restock, and prepare guest rooms and common areas using established procedures and checklists.Stock food service areas and prepare meals or snacks as needed.Receive, organize, and manage in-kind donations.Complete shift walkthroughs and address housekeeping or maintenance concerns.Report facility issues to the Director of Operations.Coordinate and support volunteers and community service groups.Notify staff of volunteer coverage changes or scheduling concerns.Provide facility tours and assist with special events, fundraising activities, and development efforts.Respond calmly and promptly to guest or hospital partner needs, including emergencies that may occur during evening or weekend shifts.Follow all organizational policies, safety procedures, sanitation standards, and confidentiality requirements.What We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Two years of nonprofit experience preferred.Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.Ability to work independently while also contributing to a supportive team.Dependable, proactive, self-motivated, and attentive to detail.Compassionate and professional when assisting families facing difficult circumstances.Comfortable working with diverse and multi-generational populations.Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, sanitation and safety procedures, and personal protective equipment preferred.Pay and Schedule$13 per hourEvery Saturday and Sunday2:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.Perks and BenefitsWeekly pay through direct deposit or pay card.Medical benefits.Unlimited referral bonus opportunities: Earn $40 when a referred associate works 40 hours, plus an additional $100 when they reach 100 hours.
