Project Manager/Estimator

Project Manager – Building Services Repairs & Maintenance We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of building services and safety installation projects. This role is responsible for leading projects from initial site assessment and cost estimating through execution and closeout, while ensuring high standards for quality, compliance, and safety. The Project Manager will also be involved with the Repairs and Maintenance. Key Responsibilities Project Management Oversee daily operations for building services contracts and new installation projects Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure on-time completion Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate internal field teams, subcontractors, and project resources Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for projects Develop competitive bids and proposals aligned with OSHA and applicable safety standards Financial & Compliance Oversight Track project budgets, costs, and overall profitability Review and approve subcontractor invoices and manage change orders Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety requirements and company quality standards Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management, building services, or a related field Experience with fall protection systems or structural safety systems strongly preferred Working knowledge of safety systems, fall prevention standards, and OSHA regulations Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented, family-focused culture #J-18808-Ljbffr STEM Talent Solutions
