Global Compensation Partner

Partnering closely with the Compensation Team Lead, the full-time Global Compensation Partner will implement and manage global compensation programs, drive enhancements to policies and practices, and serve as a resource for HR and business stakeholders in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities: Implement and administer global compensation programs and initiatives in collaboration with the Compensation Team Lead Drive enhancements of compensation policies, practices, and governance frameworks Lead activities for the annual compensation planning cycle, including salary adjustments and incentive payouts Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field 8+ years of progressive experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Consulting, or related disciplines Experience supporting enterprise compensation programs within a global organization Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing, and salary administration Experience with Workday Compensation or similar HRIS platforms
