Project Manager – Heavy Civil Construction Salary: $120,000 – $175,000 per year. Responsibilities Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. Oversee preparation of project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are completed within constraints. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Utilize HCSS Heavy Job software for estimating, job costing, and project reporting. Resolve project‑related issues or disputes in a timely and effective manner. Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, focused on Civil Construction, land development, paving, and grading. Proven experience in project management and construction management. Proficiency in using HCSS Heavy Job software. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to make critical decisions under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
