Job Title – Maintenance Technician

Location – 6540 Franz Warner Pkwy, Whitsett, NC 27377

Contract – 24 months contract

Pay Rate – $19 USD hourly on W2

Shift: 1 st Shift, 06:30 AM – 03:00 PM

Candidate will be able to perform various physical activities within a fast-paced distribution/manufacturing facility.

• Base knowledge of distribution/manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Maintain an organized work area and promote a safe working environment with the Maintenance and Engineering department.
• Follow set safety procedures and guidelines to maximize personal safety.
• Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
• Able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Communicate effectively with others to minimize potential downtime of equipment.
• Follow work orders in achieving productivity.
• Perform required preventive maintenance measures on warehouse equipment.
• Basic knowledge of motorized material handling equipment and electric fork trucks.
• Able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience.
• Ability to operate and drive electric forklift and scissor lift.
• Experience with PLC based applications in an industrial environment is a plus.
• Experience in electrics, power distribution and industrial electrical wiring is a plus.
• Knowledge of tooling and calibration services is a plus.
• Knowledge of Zebra and Lexmark printers is a plus.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic conveyor and drive systems is a plus.
• 4 year degree in Maintenance/Electronics is a plus
• Industrial Electrician Certification is a plus.
