We are proud to sell our products through more than 2,200 independent insurance agents and are the second‑largest insurer of Agents’ Errors & Omissions (E&O) business in the U.S. Business Analyst Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs, gather and document requirements, analyze processes, and recommend technology solutions that improve efficiency and support business objectives. Translate business goals into actionable requirements and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver successful outcomes. Essential Functions What you will do: Build strong, trusting relationships with business customer teams to understand business needs and potential enhancements. Act as a consultative partner, making recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be achieved through new systems or alternative uses of existing technology/systems. Elicit requirements for moderate‑high complexity efforts, ranging from corporate projects to maintenance requests, using techniques such as interviews, requirement workshops, business process reviews, and workflows. Document business and functional requirements according to established standards, decomposing high‑level requirements into actionable specifications for the technical team. Utilize tools such as process flows, diagrams, mock‑ups, and screenshots where appropriate. Collaborate with functional areas (State Filings, CSPIU, IT, Statistical Reporting, Rate Disruption, etc.) to determine implementation of filings and other changes and assess impact on policy processing. Define and document ticket or project objectives for Wrike input when necessary. Provide moderate level of assistance, training, and mentoring to teammates as needed, fostering an environment of collaboration and knowledge sharing. Plan and manage project activities of moderate complexity and visibility, including project tasks, resources, timeline, risk identification, mitigation, and reporting of performance, progress, and issues. Attend or facilitate project status meetings as needed. Additional Responsibilities: Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion to meet necessary effective/statutory due dates. Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change following accepted change management procedures. Participate in the development and design of new products, and document system changes that are necessary. Support ServiceNow/Help Desk related requirements items. Accurately input and track estimations and actual work time within workflow systems (i.e. Wrike, Team Track). What You Will Need: 1–5+ years experience in a Business Analyst role preferred. Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent business or business analyst experience. Familiarity with automated Commercial Lines systems desired. Salary BA I: $64,000 – $75,000 BA II: $70,000 – $95,000 Salary reflects experience, geographic location, education, certifications, scope, and additional qualifications.
