Role Overview The Chicago Office of Integra Realty Resources, the nation’s largest independent valuation and consulting firm with industry‑leading tools and technology, is seeking a senior level analyst (commercial real estate appraiser) with the ability to complete complex appraisal assignments in a timely manner with minimal oversight. Senior Analysts perform real estate valuations and market analysis of individual properties as well as portfolios of properties for all property types. Specific duties include analysis of complex commercial real estate and production of commercial real estate appraisal reports. Knowledge of Argus is a plus. Minimum of 3 years of commercial appraisal experience Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management skills with the ability to balance multiple complex assignments with varying deadlines. Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills. Self‑motivation with ability to work autonomously or as a team member.
