Physical Therapist - Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Indiana PT license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient orthopedics experience preferred, including treatment of extremity and cervical/lumbar cases. Neurology experience not required.
• Experience with high outpatient volume preferred. Typical clinic expectation is approximately 56–65 patient visits per 40-hour week, with current sites seeing up to 70–80 visits per week.
• Familiarity with Prompt EMR or similar documentation systems preferred.
• Flexible to work Days shift. Typical schedules: 5x8 (8-hour) or 4x10 (10-hour), with clinic hours as early as 8:00 a.m. and as late as 6:00 p.m.
• Ability to collaborate with PTAs, techs, front desk staff, and occasional part-time OT support.
