Senior Tax Manager

Owning the tax function end-to-end, the full-time Senior Tax Manager will manage corporate income tax compliance, sales and indirect tax, and cross-border compliance while working remotely in the US or Canada. Key responsibilities Oversee corporate and income tax compliance, including federal, state, and local filings, and coordinate annual returns with external advisors Manage sales and indirect tax across all jurisdictions, including registration, filing, and audit response Research technical tax positions and advise leadership on tax planning and exposure as the business expands into new jurisdictions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, taxation, or finance; MST or equivalent graduate tax focus is a plus Six or more years of progressive tax experience, ideally with a background in public accounting Hands-on experience implementing a tax engine and integrating it with an ERP system Working knowledge of ASC 740 tax provision and corporate compliance cycles Foreign or international tax experience, including Canadian tax and interaction with the Canada Revenue Agency
