What You’ll Do
- Set up, start, and troubleshoot injection molding machines and tooling.
- Perform quick mold changeovers and ensure efficient production flow.
- Operate/monitor presses and observe part quality per production standards.
- Support and train operators on correct machine setup and safe operation.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to improve uptime and efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in injection molding setup/startup.
- Knowledge of plastic resins, molds, and auxiliary equipment.
- Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work safely.
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
