Injection Molding Processing/Setup Technician- 3rd Shift

Starting Pay: From $30.00/hour , based on experience
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

What You’ll Do

Set up, start, and troubleshoot injection molding machines and tooling.
Perform quick mold changeovers and ensure efficient production flow.
Operate/monitor presses and observe part quality per production standards.
Support and train operators on correct machine setup and safe operation.
Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to improve uptime and efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

2+ years of experience in injection molding setup/startup.
Knowledge of plastic resins, molds, and auxiliary equipment.
Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving ability.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work safely.
Positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
