Based in a beautifully curated showroom, you'll introduce clients to premium custom design solutions while cultivating long‑term partnerships that drive business growth. You'll host showroom presentations, collaborate on inspiring projects, attend industry events, and develop new business while guiding clients through every stage of the project journey, from the initial design conversation to the final installation. Key Impact Areas Client Relationship Management Showroom Engagement Business Development Project Management and Client Support Administration and Reporting Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred. 2–3 years of experience in sales, client service, luxury retail, interiors, furnishings, textiles, architecture, hospitality, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills. Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications is helpful. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Professional, polished, and confident when interacting with clients. Demonstrated ability, or a strong desire, to develop new business and build professional networks. Comfortable initiating conversations and creating opportunities with prospective clients. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Self‑motivated and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Interest in luxury design and the architectural and interior design community. Additional Requirements Some local travel throughout the Bay Area and the surrounding territory. Ability to lift and transport carpet samples and materials up to 40 pounds.
