Overview The Real Estate practice handles a broad range and high volume of commercial real estate transactions, representing institutional equity investors and private equity real estate funds through all phases of the investment cycle, and also handling sophisticated lending transactions. Posting details The Chicago office of Mayer Brown LLP is seeking a mid-level associate with 3 - 4 years (JD 2023 - 2022) of experience to support the Real Estate practice. Our practice handles a broad range and high volume of commercial real estate transactions, including representing institutional equity investors and private equity real estate funds in all phases of the investment cycle as well as sophisticated lending transactions. Candidates should have experience in multiple areas of commercial real estate. Significant experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and borrower-side financings is required. The salary for this position is $235,000 to $365,000, although the actual salary could be lower or higher if the candidate’s skills and experience level are different from those specified above. This position is eligible for the Firm’s annual bonus program.
